Yoga Classes

 

True North Yoga with Janelle Snedden is offered on Thursdays from 6-7 pm at the Carroll County Arts Center. This is a super supportive “ gentle” class! $10 per session. Bring your mat.

Kids have been having a lot of fun at Janelle's yoga classes just for kids. They are not regularly scheduled, but check back often to see when the next class will be.
